Established in 1992, Precision Performance Coatings, Inc. provides customized polyurethane adhesives, sealants, elastomers, specialty coatings for the food industry, cast elastomers, prepolymers for medical splints, and cast wraps. We also provide polyurethane sealants/adhesives for the HEPA air filter industry, meeting industry needs UL-900, UL-585, nuclear FR classes, UL-94, and V0. In addition, we also provide prepolymers and various systems for mining, construction, and railroad needs.
Our abilities allow us to offer coatings/adhesives for specific needs not provided by off-the-shelf systems7, such as customized polyurethane and epoxy systems for customer-unique formulations and personalized customer service. We also have the capability of mixing and blending with solvents.
Some major advantages of doing business with PPC are our ability to offer customized service formulations specifically tailored to meet customers' needs, establish customer "Fitness for use" testing,establish tailored certificates of analysis for the customer, assist in establishing SOP (standard operating procedures) for both supply and manufacturing.
We provide materials in containers to maximize a customer's efficiency (i.e. Quarts, Gallons, Pails, Drums, Totes, specialized 1 and 2-component cartridges (with varying mix ratios). We also offer Tolling and Repackaging services.
